Who's better off where

Better off at Tabletop Simulator

Choose Tabletop Simulator if your group plays on PCs, wants any board game you can imagine on one 3D table, and likes building and sharing its own.

Better off at Rent Party

Choose Rent Party if nobody wants to buy a copy, the rules should run themselves, and the table lives in a phone browser with CPU characters and ranked games.

"Not stated on the pages we checked" means just that. It might be there. We couldn't find it on their own pages, so we won't say no for them.

What we don't have yet

Better you hear it from us.

  • No board editor. You can't draw your own board yet. Boards come from our city editions, and you can collect their looks.
  • Not on Google Play yet. There's no Android app to install today. Your phone's browser plays the whole game.
  • No iOS app. Nothing on the App Store. On an iPhone, you play in the browser.
  • One panel of our own. No third-party ads, but a small panel promotes our other apps on the home, results and Help pages and beside the lobby.

Check Tabletop Simulator yourself

Prices move. If Tabletop Simulator's own page says something different, believe their page, then tell us so we can fix ours.

Free is the whole game.

Every mode and every house rule, on Free. Grab your crew, or a CPU character, and see how it rolls.
